The Recycling of Ships Act, 2019
35. Offences to be noncognizable, bailable and compoundable.-
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), every offence under this Act shall be non-cognizable, bailable and compoundable.
