Railways Act, 1989 158. Penalty for contravention of any of the provision of Chapter XIV. Any person under whose authority any railway servant is employed in contravention of any of the provisions of Chapter XIV or of the rules made thereunder shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees.    |
