Railways Act, 1989 146. Obstructing railway servant in his duties. If any person willfully obsturct5s or prevents any railway servant in the discharge of his duties, he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both.    |
