The Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers' Rights Act, 2001 88. Protection of action taken in good faith.- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government, or against the Chairperson, or members, or the Registrar or any person acting under such Government, Authority or Registrar under the provisions of this Act, for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule, regulation, scheme or order made thereunder.    |
