The Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers' Rights Act, 2001 6. Officers and other employees of Authority.- Subject to such control and restriction as may be prescribed, the Authority may appoint such officers and other employees as may be necessary for the efficient performance of its functions and the method of appointment, the salary and allowances and other conditions of service of such other officers and employees of the Authority shall be such as may be prescribed.    |
