The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 58. Delegation.- The Board may, by general or special order in writing, delegate to any member or officer of the Board subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the order, such of its powers and functions under this Act (except the power to settle a dispute under Chapter VI and to make regulations under section 61), as it may deem necessary.    |
