The Oil Industry (Development) Act, 1974 24. Other penalties. Whoever contravenes or attempts to contravene or abets the contravention of any of the provisions of this Act or of any rule made there under (other than the provisions for the contravention of which section 23 applies), shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months, or with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees, or with both.    |
