National Environment Tribunal Act, 1995 25. Penalty for failure to comply with orders of Tribunal Whoever fails to comply with any order made by the Tribunal, he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine which may extend to ten lakh rupees, or with both.    |
