92. Appointment paper.- (1) Any appointment paper purporting to be signed by an appointing authority shall, in proceedings under this Act, be evidence of the person appointed having given the answers to questions which he is therein represented as having given. (2) The appointment of such person may be proved by the production of the original or a copy of his appointment paper purporting to be certified to be a true copy by the officer having the custody of the appointment paper.    |
