The National Nursing and Midwifery Commission Act, 2023 53. Power of State Government to make rules.- (1) The State Government may, by notification, make rules for carrying out the provisions of section 23 and sub-section (9) of section 28. (2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for the qualifications and experience to be possessed by members to be nominated in the State Nursing and Midwifery Commission under clauses (d), (e) and (f) of sub-section (3) of section 23. (3) Every rule made under this section shall, as soon as may be, after it is made, be laid before the State Legislature.    |
