Chapter VII Miscellaneous 19. Protection of action taken in good faith.- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government, or the Board or any member of the Board, or any officer or other employee of the Central Government or of the Board or any other person authorised by the Central Government or the Board, for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules or regulations made thereunder.    |
