Multi-State Cooperative Societies Act, 1984 94. Interlocutory orders.- Where an appeal is made under section 90 or where the Central Government calls for the records of a case under section 92, the appellate authority or the Central Government, as the case may be, may in order to prevent the ends of justice being defeated, make such interlocutory orders, including an order of stay, pending the decision of the appeal or revision as such authority or the Central Government may deem fit.    |
