Chapter VI Miscellaneous 30. Surplus land to be sold or otherwise disposed of.- Every metro railway administration may, with the previous approval of the Central Government, sell or otherwise dispose of any land vested in the Central Government under the provisions of this Act when such land is no longer required for the purposes of the metro railway. 1.
