75A. Definitions.- In this Part, unless the context otherwise requires,- (a) "contiguous zone" means the contiguous zone of India described, or notified as such for the time being under section 5 of the Territorial Waters, Continental Shelf, Exclusive Economic Zone and other Maritime Zones Act, 1976 (80 of 1976); (b) "convention" means the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watch keeping for Seafarers, 1978, signed at London on the 7th day of July, 1978, as amended from time to time;    |
