Procedure 437. Place of trial.- Any person committing any offence under this Act or any rule or regulation thereunder may be tried for the offence in any place in which he may be found or which the Central Government may by notification in the Official Gazette, direct in this behalf, or in any other place in which the might be tried under any other law for the time being in force.    |
