Manager may dispose of leases.- Where a mentally ill person is entitled to a lease or underlease, and it appears to the manager appointed under this Act in relation to the property of such person that it would be for the benefit of the mentally ill person to dispose of such lease or underlease, such manager may, after obtaining the orders of the District Court, surrender, assign or otherwise dispose of such lease or underlease to such person for such consideration and upon such terms and conditions as the Court may direct.    |
