The Maritime Anti-Piracy Act, 2022 4. Punishment for attempt to commit piracy, etc.- Whoever attempts to commit the offence of piracy or aids or abets or conspires or procures for the commission of such offence shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to ten years or with fine or with both.    |
