113. Payment of rent.- (1) The rent payable by a tenant shall, subject to the provisions of section 112, be the rent agreed upon between him and the landowner or where there is no such agreement, the reasonable rent. (2) The rent shall be paid at such times and in such manner as may have been agreed upon or in the absence of such agreement, as may be prescribed.    |
