The Major Port Authorities Act, 2021 8. Resignation of Members.- The Chairperson, Deputy Chairperson and Members may, by notice in writing under their hand addressed to the Central Government, resign their office and on such resignation being accepted by that Government, shall be deemed to have vacated their office.    |
