The Major Port Authorities Act, 2021 34. Endorsements to be made on security itself.- Notwithstanding anything contained in section 15 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (26 of 1881), no endorsement of a port security, which is transferable by endorsement, shall be valid unless made by the signature of the holder inscribed on the back of the security itself.    |
