Life Insurance Corporation Act, 1956 42. Enforcement of decisions of Tribunals.- Any decision of a Tribunal may be enforced in any civil court within the local limits of whose jurisdiction the person against whom the decision is to be enforced actually and voluntarily resides or carries on business or personally works for gain or owns any property, as if it were a decree passed by that court.    |
