Life Insurance Corporation Act, 1956 32. Power of Corporation to have official seal in certain cases.- The Corporation may have for use in any zonal office divisional office or in any office outside India an official seal which shall be a facsimile of the common seal of the Corporation, with the addition on its fact of the name of the zonal office, divisional officer or other office where it is to be used, and any such official seal may be affixed to any deed or document to which the Corporation is a party.    |
