Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000

66. Delegation of powers.-

The State Government may, by the general order, direct that any power exercisable by it under this Act shall, in such circumstances and under such conditions, if any, as may be prescribed in the order, be exercisable also by an officer subordinate to that Government.
