Judges (Inquiry) Act, 1968 1.Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Judges (Inquiry) Act, 1968. (2) It shall come into force on such date {1-1-1969 vide G.S.R.35, dated the Ist January 1969, Extraordinary Pt.II , Sec.3 ( i ), p.5.} as the Central Government nay, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.    |
