The Inland Vessels Act, 2021 63. Detention of mechanically propelled inland vessel.- The State Government may appoint or authorise any officer under this Chapter, for the purpose of detaining any mechanically propelled inland vessel in connection with a claim, or an offence under this Chapter, and the procedure thereof shall be such as may be prescribed by that Government.    |
