Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 11. Meetings of committees (1) The committees constituted under section 9 and 10 shall meet at least once in each year at such time and place as may be appointed by the Central Council. (2) Unless otherwise prescribed, one-third of the total number of members of a committee shall form a quorum, and all the acts of the committee shall be decided by a majority of the members present and voting.    |
