17. Powers of entry
An Inspector may, for the purpose of inspecting or examining a
boiler or any steam-pipe attached thereto or of seeing that any provision of
this Act or of any regulation or rule made hereunder has been or is being observed,
at all reasonable times enter any place or building within the limits of the
area for which he has been appointed in which he has reason to believe that a
boiler is in use.
