Protection of action taken in good faith.- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government, State Government or the Committee or its members, officers and other employees or any officer authorised by the Central Government or the Committee for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act.    |
