Indian Aircraft Act, 1934 15.Use of patented invention on aircraft not required in India :- The provisions of section 42 of the Indian Patents and Designs Act, 1911, shall apply to the use of an invention on any aircraft not registered in {Subs. by Act 24 of 1948, s.3, for the words "the Provinces".}[India] in like manner as they apply to the use of an invention in a foreign vessel.    |
