The India International Arbitration Centre Act, 2019 Chapter I Preliminary 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the 1[India International Arbitration Centre] Act, 2019. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 2nd March, 2019. 1. Subs. by Act 23 of 2022, s. 4, for "New Delhi International Arbitration Centre" (w.e.f. 27-1-2023).    |
