21. Deans of colleges (1) Each college shall have a Dean who shall be a whole-time officer and shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor with the approval of the Board. (2) The Dean shall be responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for all matters concerning his college. (3) The Dean shall be responsible for the organisation and the conduct of resident instruction of the Departments of the college.    |
