Gram Nyayalayas Act, 2008 15. Limitation. – 1. The provisions of the Limitation Act, 1963 shall be applicable to the suits triable by the Gram Nyayalaya. 2. The provisions of Chapter XXXVI of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 shall be applicable in respect of the offences triable by the Gram Nyayalaya.    |
