20. Construction of notifications, etc., issued under
enactments
Where, by any 12[Central Act] or Regulation, a power to issue
any 26[notification], order, scheme, rule, form, or bye-law is conferred, then
expressions used in the 26[notification], order, scheme, rule, form or bye-law,
if it is made after the commencement of this Act, shall, unless there is
anything repugnant in the subject or context, have the same respective meanings
as in the Act or Regulation conferring the power.
