The Export (Quality Control and Inspection) Act, 1963 10K. Adjudication Any confiscation may be adjudged or penalty, may be imposed under this Act by the Director of Inspection and Quality Control, or, where he so directs, by a general or special order, by any officer subordinate to him.    |
