17. Amendment of Act 14 of 1947.-
In the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, in section 2, in clause (n), in sub-clause (ia), for the words "or dock", the words "or dock or any industrial establishment or unit engaged in essential defence services" shall be substituted.
