The Energy Conservation Act, 2001 Chapter IX Appellate Tribunal for Energy Conservation 30. Establishment of Appellate Tribunal.- The Central Government shall, by notification, establish an Appellate Tribunal to be known as the Appellate Tribunal for Energy Conservation to hear appeals against the orders of the adjudicating officer or the Central Government or the State Government or any other authority under this Act.    |
