11. Direct recruitment by foreign employer.-
(1) Where an emigrant has been recruited
directly by a foreign employer, the emigrant shall be required to deposit one
way return fare calculated form the place of employment to the place of origin
on the basis of the International Air Transport Association fare structure as
security.
Where the liability for bearing the cost of
repatriation falls on the emigrant, security deposited by him under sub-rule
(2) shall be utilized for his repatriation on the orders of the Protector of
Emigrants.
