Emigration Act, 1983 34. Refund of security .- Any security furnished under this Act shall be refunded or, as the case may be, released, when no longer required for the purpose for which it has been furnished and the other circumstances in which and the manner in which any security furnished under this Act may be released or refunded shall be such as may be prescribed.    |
