Drugs and Magic Remedies, 1954 7. Penalty. - Whoever contravenes any of the provisions of this Act of the rules made thereunder shall, on conviction, be punishable- (a) In the case of a first conviction, with imprisonment which may extend to six months, or with fine, or with both; (b) In the case of a subsequent conviction, with imprisonment which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both.    |
