7. Meetings of Board. (1) The Board shall meet at such times and places and shall observe such rules of procedure in regard to the transaction of business at its meetings as may be prescribed. (2) The Chairman or, if for any reason he is unable to attend the director nominated under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 6 shall preside at meetings of the Board and, in the event of equality of votes, shall have a second or casting vote.    |
