The Departmentalisation of Union Accounts (Transfer of Personnel) Act, 1976 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Departmentalisation of Union Accounts (Transfer of Personnel) Act, 1976. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of March, 1976.    |
