Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 46. Landlord’s duty to give notice of new construction to Government. - Whenever, after the commencement of this Act, any premises are constructed, the landlord shall, within thirty days of the completion of such construction, give intimation thereof in writing to the [Director of Estates] or to such other officer as may be specified in this behalf by the Government.    |
