The Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 34. Payment of allowances to councillors and aldermen.- 1[The councillors and the persons referred to in clause (b) of sub-section (3) of section 3] shall be entitled to receive allowances for attendance at meetings of the Corporation and of any of its committees at such rate as may be determined by rules made in this behalf. 1.
