The Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 21. Finality of decisions.- (1) An order of the court of the district judge on an election petition shall be final and conclusive. (2) An election of a councillor 1*** not called in question in accordance with the foregoing provisions shall be deemed to be a good and valid election. 1. The words "or an alderman" omitted by Act 67 of 1993, s. 24 (w.e.f. 1-10-1993).    |
