1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Dakshina Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha Act, 1964. (2) It shall come into force on such date1as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint. 1. 1st June, 1964, vide notification No. S.O. 1898, dated 30th May, 1964, see Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, sec. 3(ii).    |
