The Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 2013 No, 13 of 2013 Chapter VI Miscellaneous 30. Repeal and savings. 1. The Criminal Law (Amendment) Ordinance, 2013 is here by repealed. 2. Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Indian Penal Code, the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and the Indian Evidence Act, 1872, as amended by the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of those Acts, as amended by this Act.    |
