Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005 Part XIII: The National Housing Bank Act, 1987 Section 44, after sub-section (2), insert- "(3) Nothing contained in this section shall apply to the credit information disclosed under the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005.".    |
