Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005 Part X: The Export-Import Bank of India Act, 1981 Section 30, after sub-section (3), insert- "(4) Nothing contained in this section shall apply to the credit information disclosed under the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005.".    |
