Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005 Part III: The State Financial Corporation Act, 1951 Section 40, after sub-section (3), insert- "(4) Nothing contained in this section shall apply to the credit information disclosed under the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005.".    |
