28.Amendment of certain Acts .-
In the Indian Easements Act, 1882, (5 of 1882) in section 15,
for the words "sixty years", the words "thirty years" shall
be substituted; and in the Code Civil Procedure, 1908, (5 of 1908) section 48
shall be omitted.
